• For those choosing osteopathy or sports massage, some degree of tenderness will be experienced when working on certain areas. Whilst treatment is being applied to these areas, don't forget to breathe! Most people naturally hold their breath during sensitive parts of the session. Glenn will work with you in using your breathing to assist in the effective breakdown of tension. Remember that high levels of pain should NEVER be experienced, so DO feedback.

• Try not to have a heavy meal before massage. Ideally try not to eat for 2 hours prior to a massage treatment.

• You may want to consider using the bathroom before starting treatment to improve comfort.
