Tube / Docklands Light Railway

You will need to use the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). Bank, Tower Hill, Shadwell and Canary Wharf are the nearest tube stations allowing access to the DLR.

If you are approaching from the west on the DLR, the nearest station is Limehouse (two stops from Bank / Tower Gateway). From the east, it is Westferry (two stops from Canary Wharf).

Journey time from Limehouse DLR: approximately 4 - 6 minutes*:
1)Take the east exit on the platform (front of train if DLR heading away from The City). This saves crossing the busy Rotherhithe Tunnel approach.
2) Exit station. Head south away from busy Commercial Road (A13) onto Branch Road with Rotherhithe Tunnel Approach on your right. Pass Berglen Court and Medland House on your left. At the junction with Horseferry Road, turn left. Follow short road round to junction of Narrow Street. Turn left, walking over Limehouse Marina swing-bridge. (*Occasionally opens for boats – allow 2-3 minutes).
3) Walk 200 yards and after Victoria Wharf and Riverside Stores on the right, you will find Papermill Wharf. Call ‘60’ on panel.

Journey time from Westferry DLR : approximately 5 minutes:
1) Take the west exit on the platform (front of train if DLR is going towards City).
2) Walk south (away from busy Westyferry Road) along Limehouse Causeway which becomes Narrow Street. The road will bend to the right, pass Bootys pub, Grapes pub and Blyths Wharf on the left. Papermill is the next wharf. Call ‘60’ on panel.
