Before any style of massage treatment is given, a brief but essential medical history is noted. This is entirely free of charge. The main purpose of this check is to ensure that your treatment will be both specific and unique.
The reasons you have sought massage therapy are noted and the therapist will ensure that you have no health conditions where massage should not be applied, or where it should be used with caution. For clients who are unsure whether massage would help their condition, please check the contra-indication list in extra info, or ask your GP / specialist.
